First, don't write your entire post in caps.
Second, use the search feature. This has been asked WAY more than once.
Here are a few related links: one, two. Tell all your friends so we won't have to repeat this, again...

Now as for your question, did you try installing the "internationalization" component? If not, reinstall Winamp3 and tick that option during install.
I wouldn't recommend doing so, though... For several reason: 1) The internationlization component is still experimental and might cause problems to your Winamp3, and 2) Hebrew doesn't work well just yet.

    So, just be patient.

    P.S.
What's that about "not fair"? You are not the only one who has a language that isn't fully support yet, sheesh.

it's not worth. nobody wants to change their own habit for a software. just uninstall it and use windows media player. turn on SRS, soulds great! software should design for people.
just as somebody said in this forum, 'nobody force you to use ...'

Not possible, everything goes through the internationalization component which simply doesn't work well in the current version of Winamp3.

I have noticed this problem too, and I just ignore it. I don't see what difference this makes.

The biggest problem I have is not being able to disable Internationalization. It just won't save the settings, so I guess i'm stuck with it :P

Even tho this goes throught the internationalaziton the song title is a PNG file. It wouldn't make a difference at that point
                Would it?? and why??
