No, it isn't. This is WasabiXML, not the Windows shell. Just read some of the XML files of Winamp Modern...

Seems like an incidental messup. Closing Winamp and deleting studio.xnf, or just moving it out of AppData\Roaming\Winamp might fix it.

I don't think so. My guess is that you might have copied over some maki script from Winamp Modern that resizes your stick layout.
